The ingredient of Health Nut’s Indulgence Trail Mix

  1. 3/4 cup unsalted almonds
  2. 3/4 cup walnut halves raw unsalted, /pieces
  3. 1/4 cup goji berries
  4. 1/4 cup golden berries dried
  5. 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  6. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  7. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks or quality dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces u2013 I used this one
  8. 1/4 toasted unsweetened coconut dried, this can be done with unsweetened coconut flakes by dry-toasting them in a frying pan for about 4 mins, stirring occasionally
  9. 1 cup chickpeas cooked, patted dry
  10. 1 dash chili powder cayenne, turmeric, ground coriander, cumin and ginger
  11. 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil melted
  12. 1 cup gluten free pretzels or pretzel sticks, I used Maryu2019s Gone Crackers Sea Salt Stick + Twig Pretzels
  13. 3/4 cup raw cashews
  14. 3/4 cup raw pistachios
  15. 1/2 cup dried mango chopped, pieces
