The ingredient of Thai Noodle Bowl

  3. onion diced- 1 medium
  4. 2 ribs

  6. lemon grass I used a pre-made paste from a tube- 1 tbsp.

  9. chicken broth Low-sodium, pre-made or your own- 6 cups/1.5 litre
  10. 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  11. chicken breast diced into bite size pieces- 2
  12. fish sauce Nam Pla or Nuoc Mam- 3 tbsp.
  13. 1 cup cilantro
  14. 125 grams spaghettini
  15. 150 grams spinach
  16. 1 lime
